八段錦之第七式----攢拳怒目增氣力---此法為養精, 蓄力, 練神之法.... 首練腰脊之力, 再練丹田之氣, 並以意領神, 待丹田氣足, 腰脊力壯而達到意, 氣, 力三合時, 則拳即可按意領隨內氣而衝出, 故此段實為發功之法
